Journey to Freedom Consulting is expanding our remote, AI‑enabled learning and leadership platform. We are seeking a Business Partnerships Lead who excels at building meaningful relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding professionals through a consultative partnership process.

This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity ideal for someone who values autonomy, purpose-driven work, and strategic thinking.

• Develop and manage partnership pipelines across North America
• Lead discovery conversations and align prospects with our programs
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with professionals and organizations
• Use CRM and AI-supported tools to manage outreach and engagement
• Track performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities

• Experience in partnerships, BD, customer success, consulting, SaaS, or L&D
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Interest in personal development, coaching, and modern growth models
• Comfortable working within ETS business hours
