What is this role?

As an Account Manager for Trust Layer, you'll be focused on servicing our customer’s book of business within the Trust Layer platform. You will act on the customer’s behalf by reviewing certificates and endorsements and following up on non-compliant parties. You will work directly with the customer and keep them informed on the compliance status of their parties, vendors, etc.

Ideally, this role would be filled by a candidate local to the Tampa Bay area and would work a blended schedule of in-office and remote work. However, we are open to considering 100% remote candidates located in the United States.

What does an average day look like?
  • Reviewing documents against customer requirements and communicating directly with non-compliant parties on their status.
  • Building reports showing the customer their compliance status and advising on who is non-compliant and/or non-responsive.
  • Sending document requests for new or non-compliant parties. Archiving parties, documents, and projects based on customer requests.
What background should you have?
  • 3+ years of experience working in a risk management or compliance role within the insurance industry. Insurance-related designations such as AIS, AINS, ARM, CPCU, or other P&C licenses, are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data standards.
  • Advanced project and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and to keep processes moving smoothly from start to finish.
  • Demonstrate a positive mindset and ability to optimize performance through collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be comfortable submitting to a background and reference check.
