• Direct and coordinate activities for the implementation of program objectives
• Ensure integration of assigned projects with overall program initiatives
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations
• Develop reports on project status and issues for management review

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to create presentations and develop training modules
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• In-depth knowledge of program or service operations
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills for continuous program improvement
• Experience in developing project plans and budgets
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
