• Support and advise agency business owners in developing profit and growth plans
• Provide guidance and coaching on sales results and execution of state sales plans
• Assist agency business owners in understanding district profit while respecting their independence
• Manage company programs related to individual agency business owners
• Foster relationships with agency business owners and their staff

• Demonstrated experience in providing customer‑oriented solutions and support
• Prior management experience or experience leading project teams
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and financial analysis
• Experience with business systems for operational efficiencies
• Required insurance licensing:
  Property and Casualty, Life, and Health

• Experience in accomplishing operational business plans and marketing plans
• Knowledge of budget management concepts
