Our Client Care Team plays a critical role in creating a high-touch, supportive experience for prospective clients as they navigate some of the most emotional transitions of their lives.
We’re seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Contractor Legal Sales Consultant (Client Relationship Manager) who excels at consultative conversations, builds trust with ease, and thrives in a structured, empathetic sales environment. This role directly impacts our mission by helping prospective clients understand their options and confidently take the next step in their legal journey.

What You’ll Do- Conduct high-empathy, consultative Zoom or phone meetings with prospective clients
- Assess client needs and determine whether EBFLG is the right fit
- Clearly communicate services, process, expectations, and fees
- Guide prospective clients toward informed decisions and connect them to the right attorney
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in Hub Spot
- Track and meet conversion, responsiveness, and follow-up KPIs
- Collaborate with Sales, Intake, Marketing, and Legal teams on lead trends and process improvement
- Contribute to intake scripts, resources, and workflow enhancements as part of a feedback-driven culture
- Experience:
5+ years of consultative sales, client relationship management, or high-touch intake - Communication: exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to build rapport quickly
- Emotional Intelligence: ability to hold space for people experiencing stress while guiding conversations with clarity and calm
- Professionalism: strong follow-through, accountability, and comfort working within structured processes
- Technical
Skills:
familiarity with Hub Spot, Slack, Dropbox, or ability to learn quickly - Attributes: growth mindset, openness to coaching, and alignment with our values of civility, compassion, and integrity
- Bonus: familiarity with family law in Washington, estate planning, or probate (not required)
