Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking an Artwork Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As an Artwork Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the marketing department supporting the delivery of updated artwork across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Artwork Coordinator
Location: Nutley, NJ
Duration:10 months
Pay: $30-$35/hr
- Execute packaging artwork updates within artwork management systems
- Support high-volume artwork workflow tied to legal entity and distributor statement updates
- Ensure artwork is routed for review and approval across cross-functional stakeholders
- Release approved artwork to print on required timelines
- Track and manage multiple artwork projects simultaneously
- Input, manage, and track artwork workflows within:
Brandworks (Primary System) and Nexus - Maintain accurate data entry and version control
- Support artwork system setup and preparation ahead of project launch
- 2–3+ years experience in artwork coordination, packaging coordination, or similar project coordination role
- Experience working in artwork workflow or packaging lifecycle environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute repetitive high-volume work accurately
- Experience working in cross-functional corporate environments
- Strong organizational and timeline management skills
Ability to ramp quickly and operate with limited guidance
