• Provide guidance and advice on risk assessment and controls for various Red Cross operations
• Review contracts and agreements to assess insurance and risk transfer provisions
• Collaborate with management, insurance brokers, and vendors to support the risk management program
• Ensure proper issuance of insurance documentation in alignment with business needs
• Analyze insurance and risk management programs for effectiveness and cost reduction

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business administration
• At least seven years of experience in the commercial insurance industry or corporate risk management
• Comprehensive knowledge of risk management concepts and commercial property/liability coverages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Professional designation in insurance (CPCU) or risk management (ARM)
• Demonstrated customer service and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work environment with multiple priorities
• Operational flexibility to meet unpredictable business needs
