Overview
You will partner with the North American marketing and sales teams to bring Xero’s event strategy to life, delivering experiences that elevate the brand across the region. Your primary focus involves supporting the delivery of Xerocon Denver 2026 by managing delegate registration, customer support, and cross‑functional planning to ensure a high‑quality experience that meets business goals. Beyond our flagship conference, you will also manage inventory for warehouses in the United States and Canada, maintain detailed project tracking, and process vendor payments to support our regional event programs.
TeamYou will join the North America Marketing Events team, a collaborative group dedicated to creating meaningful connections with partners and the small‑business community. The team works closely with sales and global colleagues across multiple time zones to align processes and share best practices, ensuring every event reflects our commitment to making business beautiful.
Key Responsibilities- Support the end‑to‑end planning and execution of Xerocon Denver 2026, specifically registration setup and customer service management.
- Manage inventory and fulfillment for the Xero store warehouses in the United States and Canada to support go‑to‑market requirements.
- Streamline vendor payment processes and project documentation to maintain momentum across the broader event team.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure event deliverables meet deadlines and adhere to technical standards.
This is a remote position based in Denver, CO in the United States. As this role supports major regional events, you will travel to Xerocon and other North American locations to provide onsite registration and operational support.
Qualifications- Process‑driven mindset with a passion for creating seamless experiences within the SaaS or online accounting market.
- Background in coordinating events and using CRM or event registration platforms to manage complex data and user inquiries.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to stay on top of concurrent projects and evolving deadlines.
- Solutions‑oriented approach to inventory management, order processing, and warehouse coordination.
- Strong communication skills, able to deliver information concisely and respectfully to stakeholders across various regions.
- Autonomy and initiative, ensuring tasks are delivered on schedule while maintaining a high level of accountability.
