Job Description Summary

As a Sr Implementation Project Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the implementation of the Streamline SaaS platform for your assigned accounts. This is a hybrid role that will require you to frequently multi-task and work closely with team members across other functions including Account Management, Sales, Development, Product, Support, Training and Business Services to ensure customer needs are met while meeting internal objectives.

What

You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
  • Implement a portfolio of Core and Affordable projects for new and existing customers, ensuring the customer’s property data and business processes are configured accurately, including creating project plans to ensure project deliverables and customer launch dates are met.
  • Responsible for implementing new customer projects that are greater than 3,000 units, in addition to any other projects that are less than that unit count, as needed.
  • Assist with customer escalations for the team’s customer projects.
  • Ensure Project Managers are following consistent methods and best practices.
  • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency, or enhance our technical capability.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure communication of trends, opportunities for training, identifying problems, and properly escalating of issues.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
  • PMP Certification
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience with Smartsheet or relevant software
  • Knowledge of SaaS systems preferred; the ability to comprehend highly configurable software.
  • Ability to work independently and extended hours, if needed, in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven time management skills: the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate in a professional, responsive and friendly manner.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Understanding of resident-facing CRM applications and marketing technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of fundamental property management workflows as they pertain to business operations.
  • Ability to interpret customer business goals, objectives, and accountabilities.
