• Lead and consult on full- and assisted-service quantitative market research projects for diverse clients
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement team goals, processes, and tools for improved performance
• Supervise project execution teams, providing guidance, feedback, and resolving client escalations
• Manage and mentor Research Analysts and Research Managers
• Collaborate with various teams to scope and bid on projects based on client requests

• 15+ years of quantitative market research experience across multiple industries, including at least 5 years on the supplier side
• Extensive hands‑on experience in the online survey‑based market research lifecycle, including research design and reporting
• Strong expertise in advanced quantitative techniques such as Max Diff, Choice-Based Conjoint, and Segmentation
• Proven experience managing direct reports, including hiring and mentoring research talent
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, math/statistics, social sciences, or a related field required

• Graduate degree in market research or related field
• Direct experience with one or more online survey platforms
• Remote work experience, though not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach
