• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Support the development and implementation of solutions that address business needs and enhance operational efficiency
• Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Create a variety of reporting solutions such as operational reports or dashboards to visualize business unit performance and trends
• Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in a Business Analyst role focused on analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional, PMI-Professional in Business Analysis, Agile/Lean Six Sigma)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Growth mindset focused on process adoption and employee engagement
