We’re a leading provider of non-emergency medical transportation and we’re on a mission to make a difference as we grow across Oklahoma, Alabama, Texas, and enter new expansion states.
We need a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams as we continue to expand at an increasing rate.
- Schedule:
10‑15 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. Start times between 7am‑10am (we’ll finalize with you). - Remote‑Friendly:
Primarily remote with in‑office responsibilities one day per week. - Hourly Pay: $14‑15 per hour

- Assist sales & account teams with CRM management, outreach, and engagement.
- Enroll leads in Hub Spot sequences, monitor engagement, and manage responses.
- Run Linked In outreach campaigns and engage with prospects.
- Support client communication and follow‑ups as needed.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Research leads and new business opportunities.
- Handle light administrative tasks in office and contribute to team operations.
- Initiative & Problem Solving:
Demonstrates a self‑starter mindset with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach. Takes ownership of tasks and seeks ways to improve processes and outcomes. - Technical Proficiency:
Tech‑savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Hub Spot, including sequencing and lead management tools. - Remote Work Discipline:
Maintains productivity and focus in a remote environment. Demonstrates the ability to self‑manage, solve problems independently, and communicate proactively when support or clarification is needed. - Digital Networking & Sales Tools:
Understands how to leverage Linked In and Hub Spot for business development, networking, and targeted sales outreach. - Communication:
Communicates clearly and professionally across written and verbal channels. Tailors messaging appropriately for diverse audiences. - Organization & Attention to Detail:
Manages multiple responsibilities with accuracy. Keeps systems updated, tracks tasks, and ensures follow‑through. - Adaptability & Multitasking:
Thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. Balances multiple tasks while maintaining high‑quality work and responsiveness.
Proven track record of enthusiastically chasing and achieving goals, demonstrating persistence, motivation, and measurable success.
Other Duties- Protected Health Information (PHI):
This position may have access to PHI and will be required to maintain HIPAA standards related to patient confidentiality. - This position will have access to sensitive information and will be required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to established privacy and security policies, reflecting our commitment to ethical conduct and accountability.
