We’re revolutionizing non-emergency medical transportation, and we’re looking for a part-time Sales Operations Coordinator who’s hungry to learn, grow, and make an impact. We’re a leading provider of non-emergency medical transportation and we’re on a mission to make a difference as we grow across Oklahoma, Alabama, Texas, and enter new expansion states.

We need a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams as we continue to expand at an increasing rate.

What We Offer
  • Schedule:

    10‑15 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. Start times between 7am‑10am (we’ll finalize with you).
  • Remote‑Friendly:
    Primarily remote with in‑office responsibilities one day per week.
  • Hourly Pay: $14‑15 per hour

Essential Functions
  • Assist sales & account teams with CRM management, outreach, and engagement.
  • Enroll leads in Hub Spot sequences, monitor engagement, and manage responses.
  • Run Linked In outreach campaigns and engage with prospects.
  • Support client communication and follow‑ups as needed.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Research leads and new business opportunities.
  • Handle light administrative tasks in office and contribute to team operations.

  • Technical Proficiency:
    Tech‑savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Hub Spot, including sequencing and lead management tools.

    Maintains productivity and focus in a remote environment. Demonstrates the ability to self‑manage, solve problems independently, and communicate proactively when support or clarification is needed.
  • Digital Networking & Sales Tools:
    Understands how to leverage Linked In and Hub Spot for business development, networking, and targeted sales outreach.
  • Communication:
    Communicates clearly and professionally across written and verbal channels. Tailors messaging appropriately for diverse audiences.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail:
    Manages multiple responsibilities with accuracy. Keeps systems updated, tracks tasks, and ensures follow‑through.
  • Adaptability & Multitasking:
    Thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. Balances multiple tasks while maintaining high‑quality work and responsiveness.
