The Sol Operations Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day operations for Sol initiatives, programs, or product lines. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and strong cross‑functional coordination.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations or business management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Lean / Six Sigma or PMP certification.
- Experience with ERP/CRM system.
- Minimum of two(2) years of experience with public health in the public sector government.
- Minimum of five(5) years of experience on a public health system as a sol operations lead.
- Lead daily operational activities to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Optimize tools, workflows, and automation systems.
- Standardize reporting structures and documentation.
- Drive accountability, performance tracking, and team development.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with Product.
