• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients, identifying needs and prioritizing work
• Oversee junior consulting staff to ensure high-quality client deliverables
• Assist in new business activities, including presentations and proposal reviews
• Research and present global benefit benchmarking reports to clients
• Stay updated on employee benefits-related regulations and advise clients on changes

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree
• 8+ years of experience in insurance/group employee benefits, preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Current or prior experience in global employee benefits
• Life & Health License (willingness to obtain if not currently licensed)
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work at a strategic level with clients
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
