This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sourcing Leader Asia, based in Asia, with flexibility for remote work. The Sourcing Leader will engage in procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, conduct contract negotiations, and utilize their analytical expertise to ensure cost-effective and high-quality product sourcing. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales and purchasing teams, identifying and recruiting suppliers, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies while achieving sourcing objectives.
Qualifications- 5+ years experience in electrionic component sourcing from the open market in Asia.
- Exceptional Communication skills to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable agreements and manage vendor terms
- Experience in Recruiting and identifying reliable supplier networks
- Expertise in Procurement processes and practices for effective sourcing
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as ERP systems is an advantage
