The Retail Operations Executive/Business Administration will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of retail operations. This position involves collaborating with various teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with inventory management to optimize stock levels.
- Implement operational strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Support the development and execution of promotional activities.
- Team Structure:
You will work closely with the retail management team and report directly to the Operations Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
