• 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in fast‑paced, digital or technology‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver solutions with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of modern product and project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑informed decision‑making mindset.
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Hands‑on experience building automation solutions and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities in distributed, remote settings.
• Comfort working across time zones and flexible schedules.
• Proficiency in no‑code or low‑code tools for prototyping and early‑stage validation.
• Previous business analysis experience is a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
