Employer Industry: Safety Consulting

• Hourly professional fees ranging from $70/hour CAD to $180/hour CAD based on the type of work delivered

• Deliver workshops and presentations to various group sizes, ensuring effective communication of safety solutions
• Conduct one‑on‑one or small‑group coaching sessions with clients to enhance safety performance
• Manage client‑related projects as a Project Lead Consultant, gradually taking on larger and more complex assignments
• Establish and facilitate effective safety governance aligned with client organizational structures
• Track client progress towards safety objectives and adjust strategies as necessary

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational change, operations with safety responsibility, or industrial consulting
• Relevant certifications such as CSP or equivalent; LEAN Green/Black Belt preferred
• Proven ability to navigate client ambiguity and manage client excellence
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems and fluency in change management practices

• Experience presenting to leaders from front-line to senior management
• Demonstrated cognitive flexibility and ability to develop strategic plans for safety excellence
• Familiarity with various governance structures and their application in safety contexts
• Ability to propose specific metrics for client safety performance
• Experience in leading matrixed teams and developing others
