• Provide finance support to Sales Managers, delivering insights that strengthen decisions and drive sustainable profitability.
• Lead annual and quarterly discount planning within the RE/BP process.
• Analyze profitability and deliver insights that strengthen negotiations and drive results.
• Support the development of commercial policies by contributing financial insights and recommendations.
• Oversee month‑end processes, ensuring accurate and timely posting of discounts and verification of revenue results.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate systems and reporting for greater efficiency.
• Partner cross‑functionally in key customer negotiations, providing clear financial guidance.
• Lead and support the professional development of team members.

• University degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Auditing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar or equivalent finance role.
• Previous team management experience is considered an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI is a strong advantage.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent proficiency in business English, both written and spoken

The position requires a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Employment is offered on a fixed-term contract of six months, with the possibility of extension to an indefinite term.
