As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Compensation
  • Human‑centered approach with partnership opportunities and discretionary compensation programs, including bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance
  • Hiring minimum: $22.50
    Hiring maximum: $24.36
  • Opportunity for merit‑based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role

Role Requirements
  • Client Service:
    Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; resolve issues and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams
  • Account Management:
    Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
    Work independently at the advisor’s direction; schedule appointments; prepare materials; manage correspondence; support marketing initiatives; streamline processes and execute branch business plan
  • Technology:
    Strong computer literacy; willingness to learn new technologies (Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, other firm‑provided software)
