About the roleAs the Director of Coach Partnerships at Bloom Growth, you are responsible for the growth of our coaching community. This is a business development role designed for a leader who excels at identifying, vetting, and closing peer-level relationships with high-caliber, $1M+ revenue entrepreneurs.
We are looking for a strategic hunter who enjoys the challenge of taking an existing recruitment process and optimizing it for world-class performance. You will own the recruitment pipeline end-to-end, bringing a fresh perspective to our workflows to ensure we consistently secure at least 12–16 elite coaches per quarter. What you'll do
- Secure the Growth: Proactively source and close at least 12–16 high-caliber growth coaches per quarter, ensuring commitment through onboarding fees.
- Modernize the Recruitment Pipeline: Take immediate ownership of the Hub Spot recruitment pipeline to audit, redesign, and optimize workflows for maximum conversion and efficiency.
- Lead High-Impact Discovery: Conduct streamlined, high-level conversations that efficiently qualify $1M+ founders and articulate the Bloom value proposition.
- Evolve Outreach Strategies: Refine recruitment messaging, pitch decks, and sourcing strategies to attract entrepreneurial, values-aligned partners.
- Drive Business Development: Align coaching headcount with net new revenue targets, directly impacting the reach of Bloom’s framework.
- Guard the Culture: Act as a brand steward by screening for Core Values alignment and ensuring every new coach is a long-term cultural fit.
- Own the Maintain absolute reporting integrity and pipeline forecasting within the CRM to drive informed business decisions.
Qualifications
Required:- Sales Experience: 5+ years of high-performance experience in business development, high-ticket consultative sales, or channel partnerships.
- Proven Closing Ability: A track record of securing high-value, relationship-driven deals with founders or executive-level stakeholders.
- Strategic Optimizer Mindset: Demonstrated ability to optimize sales workflows, improve conversion metrics, and drive process improvements.
- Peer-Level Credibility: The ability to influence and build immediate trust with experienced, successful entrepreneurs.
- CRM Mastery: Proficiency in managing complex pipelines and data integrity, ideally within Hub Spot.
- Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal skills used to lead high-stakes discovery and closing conversations.
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales or ecosystem/channel partner sales
- Experience working directly with entrepreneurs, founders, or executive-level stakeholders
- Prior leadership or team management experience
- Experience optimizing sales workflows and improving conversion funnels
The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000–$80,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition, this role is eligible for performance-based incentives allowing for a six figure total compensation package.
