Partnership Executive

About the role

As a Partnership Executive at Ann's Bakehouse, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive the company's growth and reach. This full-time position will be based in our head office in South Jakarta, with potential for some remote work opportunities.

• Identify and engage with potential partner organisations across relevant industries to secure mutually beneficial partnerships
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring clear objectives, responsibilities and outcomes
• Coordinate joint marketing and promotion activities with partner organisations to maximise exposure and generate new leads
• Monitor and analyse partnership performance, reporting on key metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Foster strong relationships with existing partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Support the development of partnership strategy and contribute to the overall marketing and communication plans

• Proven experience in partnership or account management, ideally within the event management or marketing industries
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to measure and optimise partnership performance
• Creativity and strategic thinking to identify and secure new partnership opportunities
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to support joint promotional activities
• Degree qualification in a relevant field such as business, marketing or communication
