Team Overview:The Aladdin Product Solutions team accelerates the design and delivery of end‑to‑end product solutions across the platform. Operating horizontally across business, product, and engineering, the team focuses on complex, multi‑product solutions spanning front‑to‑back Aladdin workflows.
The team’s mandate is to enable faster time to market, improved user experience, reduced delivery and operational risk, and scalable, supportable outcomes for both Aladdin clients and Black Rock.
Role Overview :- Leader who demonstrates strong program and product management skills required to accelerate solutioning, manage stakeholders, and see through delivery of solutions
- Operates at the intersection of business and technology to translate complex client and commercial needs into product solutions
- Serves as the single point of delivery accountability for solution outcomes, driving alignment and execution across cross‑functional teams
- Owns engagement with Sales and the Aladdin Product organization to assess client‑driven product requests and drives commercial product commitments. You convene and drive decision‑making with senior stakeholders to ensure timely, well‑governed decisions.
- Lead and influence cross‑functional teams across Aladdin pillars to deliver integrated solutions aligned to client needs and business objectives
- Translate complex client and commercial requirements into clear solution designs and executable delivery plans
- Represent regional perspectives to influence product strategy in support of revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Proactively identify delivery risks, elevate issues appropriately, and implement mitigation strategies to keep execution on track
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and product teams, actively managing dependencies, trade‑offs, and delivery priorities
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience leading large, cross‑functional, technology‑driven initiatives delivering measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of front‑to‑back Aladdin workflows and the broader Aladdin ecosystem
- Proven ability to work effectively with product managers, engineers, and business partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal, networking, problem‑solving, and planning skills
- Comfort using AI tools in day‑to‑day product work (e.g., prompt‑based research, summarization, draft specifications, workflow mapping)
- 6+ years product management experience with proven record of successful launches
- 6+ years project management experience with proven track record of timely, on‑budget delivery
