Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Assist with the designing and execution of the global Account Management blueprint, helping to develop a service-led model which drives both client satisfaction and revenue that includes quotas for expansion and retention.
NRR Leadership: Own and expand Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for a high-value portfolio of London-based Tier-1 banks, utilizing a rigorous sales methodology to meet expansion targets.
Relationship Management: Deliver a service-led, relationship with allocated accounts, furthering deep partnerships with stakeholders at these institutions that lead to relationship and revenue expansion.
Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs): Lead regular, onsite reviews to align Silent Eight’s AI roadmap with the client’s strategic initiatives and financial misconduct prevention goals.
Churn Mitigation: Proactively identify "Revenue at Risk" and implement Revenue Save Plans to protect the region’s Gross Revenue Retention (GRR).
Feedback Loop: Serve as the "voice of the customer" for the UK market, providing Product and Marketing teams with data-driven insights on product performance and market receptivity
Cross-Functional Optimization: Build a feedback loop with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the voice of the customer drives the product roadmap and develop the hand-off process from Sales to AM to ensure a seamless transition.
Process Engineering: Partner with the Integrations and Support teams to refine the "Onboarding-to-Production" journey, ensuring customers realize value quickly to secure long-term loyalty.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
At least 7+ years in global Account Management or Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales experience.
Proven track record of owning and consistently expanding Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) for a global portfolio.
Extensive experience managing relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Institutions. You must understand the "long game" of banking sales cycles and procurement.
