- Define and execute the global GTM strategy across enterprise, mid-market, and builders segments
- Build a dual-motion engine for sales-assisted and self-serve onboarding
- Position the platform as the preferred infrastructure for tokenized equities
- Standardize pricing and revenue-share models
- Scale distribution across exchanges and fintech platforms
- Lead full partnership lifecycle from strategy to launch
- Build and scale a high-performing global sales and BD team
- Implement forecasting and performance management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or infrastructure businesses
- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills
- Experience selling into international exchanges and financial institutions
- Proven leader of high-performing global teams
- International experience required
- Expertise in structuring revenue-share agreements
- Passion for crypto and financial market infrastructure
