Remote Sr. Steering & Planning Manager

• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Define, track, and report on key operational metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans for efficient goal achievement.
• Manage project prioritization effectively.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align process improvement strategies with business goals.
• Drive governance and execution of strategic operations projects from concept to delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fast‑paced environments in Strategy & Operations or related roles.
• Proven success in leading and implementing continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Understanding of modern technologies (including LLMs and AI agents) for scalable solutions.
• Experience with Business Process Outsourcing and collaboration with external vendors.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and KPI‑driven organizations is a plus.
• Project management experience, particularly in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills using PowerPoint.
