In this role, you will focus on operational excellence and scalability while driving impactful strategies to support millions of customers worldwide. - Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Define, track, and report on key operational metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Develop business cases and implementation plans for efficient goal achievement.
- Manage project prioritization effectively.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align process improvement strategies with business goals.
- Drive governance and execution of strategic operations projects from concept to delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fast‑paced environments in Strategy & Operations or related roles.
- Proven success in leading and implementing continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Understanding of modern technologies (including LLMs and AI agents) for scalable solutions.
- Experience with Business Process Outsourcing and collaboration with external vendors.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and KPI‑driven organizations is a plus.
- Project management experience, particularly in cross‑functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills using PowerPoint.
