What You’ll Do About the OpportunityWe’re expanding our partner network and looking for motivated, relationship-driven professionals who want to build a book of business by connecting business owners to solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen long-term growth.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity—ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building strategic relationships, and opening doors with business decision-makers.
What You’ll Do- Build relationships with business owners and trusted advisors (CPAs, payroll providers, HR, benefits brokers, attorneys, consultants, etc.)
- Introduce a simple business diagnostic process (“Dream Score”) that helps uncover inefficiencies and opportunities
- Qualify interest and set appointments for a deeper review
- Support a smooth handoff to our internal team for evaluation and implementation
- Develop a referral network and follow up consistently
- A clear framework and process (not a “figure it out” role)
- Training, messaging, and outreach templates
- Multiple solution channels to support businesses
- Performance-based compensation with long-term, relationship-based earning potential
- Flexibility and autonomy—work from anywhere, set your own schedule
- B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Financial services, benefits, payroll, consulting, recruiting, or professional services
- Strong networkers active in chambers and business communities
- Coachable, self-motivated people who want a true partner lane
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Organized and self-motivated
- B2B experience is a plus (not required)
