• Plan and direct schedules and project budgets for internal business projects

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of experience in project or program management
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills to assess and recommend process improvements
• Knowledge of documentation processes related to business requirements and training

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Experience working with operational leaders to enhance revenue or reduce costs
• Familiarity with creating Test Plans and Requirements Traceability Matrices
• Demonstrated ability to become a Subject Matter Expert in the functional area
