- Manage internal team workflows, performance, and prioritization to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations
- Own key client relationships as the primary or secondary point of contact, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence
- Support audits across CRM/MAP environments and translate technical insights into actionable recommendations
- Lead weekly internal and client-facing sync meetings, surfacing blockers, risks, and strategic recommendations
- Mentor emerging team members, sharing playbooks, processes, and best practices to elevate the overall Rev Ops practice
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Operations space
- Managed teams for a minimum of 2-3 years in the past
- Strong fluency in Harvest or time tracking tools for project builds and operational accuracy
- Demonstrated experience managing project workflows and building structured execution plans in Asana or similar project management tools
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple client relationships as both a primary and secondary point of contact
- Deep expertise in one or more Rev Ops/Mar Ops platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
- Experience conducting audits, reviews, and technical diagnostics related to revenue and marketing operations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence Director-level stakeholders and clients
- Proactive, detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with an ownership mentality
- Ability to learn rapidly and dive into new tools, platforms, and architectures as needed
