Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth execution of all PR activities
• Develop and implement integrated programs focused on earned media, analyst relations, podcasts, and thought leadership
• Serve as a project manager overseeing timelines, deliverables, and internal resources to ensure consistent high‑quality results
• Provide proactive strategic counsel and identify new opportunities to elevate client visibility and credibility
• Build and maintain strong relationships with reporters, editors, and producers across business, tech, and trade outlets
• Together with the Founder, build out media strategy and narrative development to secure high‑impact coverage
• Draft and refine press materials, including pitches, press releases, media advisories, and briefing documents
• Coordinate interviews, media briefings, and follow‑up to ensure effective storytelling

• Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and support junior team members, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and accountability
• Proven track record in managing client accounts and leading media relations campaigns
• Strong understanding of B2B tech, AI, or SaaS industries (advertising, data, or enterprise experience a plus)
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Naturally curious with a proactive mindset—eager to learn, explore new ideas, and stay ahead of industry trends
