Role Purpose
The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) is a strategic performance coach and accountability partner for franchise owners. This role drives behavior change, execution, and results using KPIs, conversion metrics, and financial performance.
Benefits and Compensation
Total compensation of $80,000 to $100,000
PTO, health insurance, Simple IRA match
Travel reimbursement
Fully remote (travel required)
What You’ll Do
Coach franchisees to hit profitability benchmarks
Drive execution around KPIs, conversion, and community outreach
Review and coach financial performance using monthly P&Ls
Conduct field visits and build strong accountability relationships
Qualifications
3–5+ years franchise, business coaching, or multi-unit leadership experience
Strong KPI and financial coaching capability
High emotional intelligence and influence skills
Willingness to travel
Fitness industry experience is a PLUS
AC Inc. Certified Field Coach designation is a STRONG PLUS
This is a remote position.
