• Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and Rev Ops to define and document business requirements and uphold strong data hygiene standards
• Partner with Renewal Sales to optimize system workflows and ensure processes scale efficiently
• Work cross-functionally to improve Renewals outcomes through process redesign and systems-driven initiatives
• Develop and monitor key operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities within the Renewals workflow
• Own and govern Renewals-related Sales Policies, ensuring clarity and compliance globally

• 3+ years of experience in an operational, analytical, or strategic role supporting a sales organization
• Strong organizational skills and business judgment with a track record of contributing to complex projects
• Previous experience working with Salesforce, Zendesk, and JIRA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership
• Familiarity with data analysis and operational metrics
