Internship Program Overview:

Health Edge offers a structured paid 12-week virtual internship program that will allow you to help drive meaningful and strategic project work that delivers real impact to our teams, customers, and business, while having fun along the way! You will support the Finance team and will also get exposure to various departments and strategic initiatives through our Discover Health Edge weekly series.

Interns will also participate in our three-day Innovation Challenge and a final internship project presentation to showcase the impact you've made. Additionally, we provide workshops focused on resume writing, Linked In profiles, interview preparation, and more!

About Center of Excellence:  Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of Health Edge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allows the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.

Your Impact:

* Support Health Proof integration activities, including coordination across teams and alignment of accounting processes.

* Assist with consolidated account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness across entities.

* Contribute to Flo Qast implementation efforts for Health Proof and India, including setup, testing, and workflow documentation.

* Support Travel & Expense (T&E) project implementation, helping improve compliance and process efficiency.

* Participate in ongoing accounting close activities, including preparation of balance sheet analysis decks.

* Assist with data migration efforts, validating data quality and documenting findings.

* Support automation and AI implementation initiatives that streamline accounting workflows and enhance team efficiency.

* Complete ad‑hoc requests as needed, providing analytical, operational, or documentation support.

What You Bring:

* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

* Strong understanding and experience with Artificial Intelligence through coursework

* Advanced experience with Excel (power query, complex formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.)

* Experience with data analytics and visualization systems (ex: Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

* Thrives in a collaborative environment, while also being able to work independently

* Embraces innovation and new ways of thinking / approaching solutions
