• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional leadership to create and implement strategies that empower the Enterprise Sales team
• Define and refine processes for assessing and prioritizing incoming requests to minimize friction points
• Lead initiatives to enhance the sales representative experience by identifying pain points and implementing solutions
• Work across departments to drive the execution of improvements that increase revenue from Enterprise customers
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing, inclusive team

• 8+ years of experience in a sales support or deal strategy role, preferably in a high-growth technology company
• Significant experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership
• Demonstrated leadership experience in driving complex, cross-functional execution
• Bachelor s degree or higher from a top university

• Advanced analysis skills with large and unstructured data sets
• Previous experience with Zendesk/Zendesk Explore in an administrator capacity
• Salesforce CPQ experience
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical stakeholders and business leaders
• High level of curiosity and proactive mindset
