We’re seeking a Bid Proposal Manager to support a remote team specializing in enterprise-level proposals. Our client, a leading data and technology company, is hiring a skilled professional for a six-month engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic bids within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Bid Proposal Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end process for large-scale RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires from initial intake to final delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively with teams across Sales, Legal, Finance, Security, Marketing, and Design to develop comprehensive proposal strategies.
  • Lead proposal kickoff meetings, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure all efforts align with client evaluation criteria.
  • Ensure all submissions are compliant, persuasive, and visually polished, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Track progress, identify potential risks, elevate issues promptly, and support the creation of reusable value propositions.
Bid Proposal Manager

Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of experience managing enterprise bid and proposal processes, with a preference for 7+ years.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex RFPs and crafting tailored proposal content while ensuring compliance.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Responsive.io, Salesforce, Loopio/RFPIO, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a polished, professional communication style.
  • Highly organized, responsive, deadline-driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
