- Actively prospect,develop,andclosenewbusiness—bothwithinexistingnationalaccountsandthroughnewstrategicpartnerships—todrivesustained,aggressive growth.
- Driveaggressivesalesgrowththroughproductexpansion,pricing strategy,merchandising,andsupplychaincapabilities.
- Runbusinessreviews/QBRs,planning sessions,andongoingperformancecheck-inswithcustomers.
- Partner cross-functionally with
Marketing and
Operationstolaunchcustomerinitiativesandnewproductopportunities. - Maintaincustomerpricingstructures/files,track profitability,andmanagetobudget+company goals.
- Asaccountsexpand,potentially support/alignreprelationshipstoscalecoverage.
- 5 to 7yearsinaseniorsales/account role(National Account Manager ,Key Account Manager ,Sales Director,etc.).
- Proventrackrecordofaccountmanagement+measurablegrowthinindustrial-relatedmarkets(industrial,chemical,electrical,HVAC,building products,specialty chemicals,or adjacent).
- Strongpreferenceforexperiencegrowing/servicingaccountslike
Fastenal,Grainger,MSC,Ferguson(orsimilarnationaldistributors). - Highly proactive,organized,andcomfortableoperatingwithautonomyinaremoterole.
- High-visibility,high-impactterritorywithmajornationalaccounts
