• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in replenishment and ordering efforts across multiple categories
• Analyze product usage reports to manage inventory levels and place orders accordingly
• Address customers and suppliers professionally to ensure a positive customer experience
• Analyze distribution center inventory levels and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery

• Proven organizational and analytical skills
• Customer service experience with a focus on responsiveness
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong financial aptitude and proactive problem‑solving ability
• Must be able to work within the Central/Eastern Time zone

• Knowledge of the industrial distribution industry
• Experience with ERP‑type business software
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Desire to actively seek ways to assist customers
