Responsibilities- In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of small and mid-sized clients — around 40 to 45 accounts, each with roughly 40 to 80 employees. Your focus will be on ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining stable relationships, and identifying any risks early on to prevent potential issues.
- Own day-to-day client interactions and check-ins at 30/60/90 days.
- Monitor satisfaction and escalate risks to the Head of SMB.
- Track key updates and maintain internal records.
- Support internal coordination with Delivery and other teams.
- Contribute to client retention and referrals.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or similar roles, preferably in software outsourcing or recruiting services.
- Familiarity with Software Development roles.
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
- Availability to travel 20% of the time.
- Work-from-home hardware setup.
