In this role, you will play a critical part in managing operational risk across financial processes and partners, ensuring compliance while enabling business growth. You will assess regulatory, contractual, and partner risks, influence operational teams, and help scale workflows and controls across the organization. Your work will directly impact the reliability and security of financial operations, while supporting strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data to identify trends, and implement process improvements that reduce risk exposure.

- Evaluate merchants and partners to assess suitability and mitigate potential risks
- Ensure operational workflows comply with policies, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements
- Identify gaps in current systems, policies, and strategies, proposing enhancements to reduce emerging risks
- Analyze trends and communicate findings to internal teams to improve detection systems and controls
- Advise and collaborate with operational teams to build scalable, efficient risk processes
- Contribute to projects that optimize due diligence strategies, tools, and operational frameworks
- Challenge assumptions, suggest improvements, and follow through on implementation of enhanced processes
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or operational roles in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to scale operational processes and drive measurable improvementsli>
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to address complex problems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and influence actionable solutions
- Creative, pragmatic problem solver with customer-focused thinking
