What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee the governance, accuracy, and integrity of the company’s sustainability disclosures globally
  • Lead compliance with sustainability‑related disclosure requirements and ensure alignment with financial reporting
  • Develop and implement standardized methodologies for Product Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF)
  • Design and maintain sustainability disclosure controls and procedures, ensuring timely reporting across all channels
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sustainability metrics and methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 10-15 years of experience in sustainability governance, sustainability reporting, finance, legal, risk management, or regulatory disclosure
  • Proven experience integrating sustainability information into financial reporting and risk management processes
  • Deep knowledge of Product Lifecycle Analysis, SEC climate disclosure requirements, and U.S. GAAP/IFRS financial reporting concepts
  • Experience in designing governance and assurance‑ready sustainability reporting processes
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing sector
  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, sustainability, engineering, law, or business
  • CPA, CFA, or similar credentials
  • Familiarity with SAP, One Stream, Benchmark ESG, and Audit Board
  • Experience supporting investor‑grade sustainability disclosures and assurance
