About the role
We are seeking a Product Manager who will understand market needs and translate it to product requirements.
In this role, you will:- Prioritize features, gather ROI with clients, and work with product engineering team to schedule feature delivery
- Effectively manage a backlog of features, add to roadmaps, and communicate the feature value to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
- Manage internal and external escalations

Hybrid (within 52 miles of a Cognizant office)We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant. What you need to have to be considered- Understanding of US health insurance
- Prior experience in product management and understanding of Agile methodology and the SDLC
- Proficiency in project management, risk evaluation, and problem solving
- Willingness to ask questions, understand concepts, and learn
- Familiarity with Product Management and development life cycle management tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer centric mindset: willing to advocate for the customer while balancing internal constraints
- Understanding of financial concepts: revenue, cost, margin, forecasting
- Experience on Tri Zetto Facets is desirable
- Experience with automation using AI/Agents
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science or related fields

Salary and Other Compensation:Applications will be accepted until 2/27/26.
The annual salary for this position is between $67,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
