• Create innovative and thought‑provoking insights and content for clients
• Develop actionable strategies and recommendations to address client needs
• Conduct in‑depth analysis to identify client barriers and drive strategic initiatives
• Provide high‑quality presentations and support at Gartner events and conferences
• Mentor junior team members and actively participate in research discussions

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  Graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
• Extensive experience leading Infrastructure & Operations in mid- or large‑sized organizations
• Deep expertise in AI infrastructure and enterprise computing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively

• Experience building TCO models, ROI analyses, and forecasts for large‑scale AI investments
• Proven thought leadership and client‑focused, collaborative approach
• Subject matter expert comfortable presenting at large and small‑scale speaking engagements
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to navigate highly matrixed environments
