Summary
We are seeking a mid‑level Business Analyst / Project Manager to support key initiatives within our Wealth Management division. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects move forward smoothly by coordinating activities across technology, operations, and internal business groups. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable keeping multiple work streams aligned in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
In this role, the BA/PM will partner closely with internal subject‑matter experts and project managers to support the execution of strategic and regulatory initiatives across Wealth Management platforms. They will be responsible for planning and tracking tasks, leading stand‑up meetings, capturing action items, and ensuring that all stakeholders have the information they need to stay on schedule. This person will serve as a central point of coordination, helping to identify dependencies, communicate updates, elevate issues appropriately, and maintain structured project documentation.
Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to “own” the day‑to‑day mechanics of project delivery. The ideal candidate will take initiative, follow up consistently, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks—especially as they collaborate with technology teams, operations groups, and various business stakeholders. While experience with Agile ceremonies is helpful, the role does not require a dedicated Scrum Master background.
Ideally we are looking for a driven, hands‑on coordinator who thrives on structured organization, cross‑functional teamwork, and continuous follow‑up.
- Manage multiple work streams, ensuring tasks and milestones remain on schedule.
- Lead daily and weekly stand‑ups, capturing updates and facilitating productive discussion.
- Track all action items, follow up with owners, and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and other key documentation as required.
- Coordinate heavily with technology and operations teams to gather updates and identify dependencies.
- Communicate status, risks, and issues to internal project managers and SMEs.
- Escalate blockers and cross‑tower challenges before they impact delivery.
- Support planning sessions, requirement discussions, and workflow mapping exercises.
- Provide general project support to Wealth Management initiatives, ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or PM support roles.
- Must have experience in a large banking organization within Wealth Management.
- Full-service WM understanding:
- Brokerage, advisory, AHA, SMA concepts.
- Multi‑currency products.
- Multi‑entity capabilities.
- Banking / Lending type products.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Effective communicator who can translate technical updates into clear, business‑friendly language.
- Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar applications is helpful.
- Collaborative team player who is proactive, accountable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- PMP certification preferred.
