• Act as the primary interface between the customer and the employer for managing specific programs to achieve planned revenue and profits
• Manage day-to-day activities of customer programs to ensure timely product deliveries and adherence to project schedules
• Coordinate and host regular program tracking meetings with customers and internal teams to ensure ongoing communication
• Develop action plans to address any out-of-plan conditions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in forecasting, planning, and monitoring of efficiency and execution of account strategies

• Nine plus years of relevant experience in program management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High degree of computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace applications
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn internal IT tools and navigate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

• Experience in managing large customer accounts, particularly in technology or manufacturing sectors
• Knowledge of financial and business acumen, including contracts, financials, and quotations
• Familiarity with data analytics and industry trends
• Proven track record in business development and sales processes
• Ability to lead and influence without direct authority
