What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors and retirement plan providers
  • Develop and deliver presentations that effectively communicate business marketing messages
  • Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and promoting managed account services
  • Collaborate with field sales representatives and functional teams to create tailored client solutions
  • Monitor client and competitive activities in the marketplace to provide strategic feedback
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 5 years of customer-facing sales experience in investment management or financial services
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a team-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; additional designations like CIMA/AIF/CFP are highly desirable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in retirement plan sponsor sales or intermediary markets
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving asset growth
  • Familiarity with managed accounts and custom models in retirement solutions
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment
