• Compile reports and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of initiatives
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify data and insights that support business needs

• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Minimum of 3 years in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple business units
• Minimum of 3 years presenting ideas/solutions to leadership
• Salesforce Certified Administrator

• Master s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3 years in a Consulting role
• 3 years with Reporting
• 3 years with Salesforce
• PA Insurance Producer License - Accident & Health
