• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships for various facilities and services

• Manage go-to-market activities for RFx processes, including RFPs and RFQs
• Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and agreements
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's Degree in supply management, business, finance, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year focused on supply management and strategic sourcing
• Proven experience in developing, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex initiatives
• Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders to achieve business objectives

• Subject matter expert level experience in multiple direct or indirect procurement categories
• Strong understanding of procurement and strategic commodity management
