• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships to optimize spend in real estate, facilities, and security
• Conduct spend analysis and market research to inform sourcing and decision-making
• Manage RFx processes, including RFPs and RFQs, to identify optimal suppliers
• Negotiate and execute contracts to secure favorable terms and agreements
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies while managing supplier relationships for improved performance

• Bachelor s Degree in supply management, business, finance, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in supply management focused on strategic sourcing and supplier development
• Proven experience in developing, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives
• Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders to achieve business objectives

• Subject matter expert level experience in multiple direct or indirect procurement categories
• Strong understanding of procurement and strategic commodity management
