Senior Product Manager, Corporate Impact

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for key capabilities in the Corporate Social Responsibility space
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to define user requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Define success metrics, track adoption and usage, and use data to inform decisions
• Ensure alignment with Engineering, UX, PMO, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for cohesive solutions
• Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in AI and corporate social responsibility

• 6+ years of professional experience in product or program management, product marketing, or business development with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Understanding of industry development standards for end-to-end product delivery
• Proven track record of applying AI or data-driven approaches in product development
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education

• Experience in the Corporate Social Responsibility sector
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with market research and customer feedback processes
• Background in technology solutions related to nonprofit or education sectors
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
