• Oversee day-to-day operations, including hiring, coaching, and performance management of staff
• Drive and execute CRM roadmap capabilities and enhancements aligned with business strategies
• Shape overall strategy for the Sales Operations function and deliver cross-functional strategic plans
• Manage communication and expectations with leaders across the organization and external stakeholders
• Compile reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Minimum of 3 years working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple business units
• Minimum of 3 years presenting ideas and solutions to leadership
• Minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst role, with experience in insurance products

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3 years in a Consulting role
• 3 years of experience with Reporting
• 3 years of experience with Salesforce
• PA Insurance Producer License - Accident & Health
